Location: Lane County is centrally located in Western Oregon stretching from Florence on the Oregon Coast (Highway 101) through Eugene-Springfield (Interstate 5) at the southern end of the Willamette Valley to the Cascade Mountain Region – McKenzie River Valley (Highway 126) and Oakridge-Westfir (Highway 58).
Lowest Elevation: Sea Level, Florence.
Highest Elevation: South Sister, Cascade Mountain Range - 10,385 feet/3157 meters.
Climate: Lane County enjoys moderate weather year-round.
